MLR6Gluten free – Paleo – Vegan – Pescatarian – Raw – Carnivore. So many choices you have! And the good part, you don’t have to choose just one! I’m a blend of all of them! I enjoy making vegan treats for clients and eating raw veggies, but can also enjoy a piece of salmon if my body’s feeling it. For me, its all about listing to my body. There isn’t one diet for everyone, but there are some things to definitely avoid!

Sugar is a main one, as is anything that says “low fat” & “fat free”... These are not lovely, and actually full of chemicals. Give me full fat any day! Butter, coconut oil, ghee, avocado, coconut milk- all good fats!

Going into the grocery store can be confusing. I tent to stay on the perimeter- where the good stuff is! Veggies, fruits, meats, dairy, a quick jaunt down the grain isle and you’re good to go!

Eating, for me, is about enjoying a beautiful and simple meal, not about restricting my diet. Play with your food and learn to love nourishing yourself with your food choices!
